I’ll email over a briefing form to fill in so you can tell me exactly what you need, who your competitors are, your unique benefits and your favourite chocolate bar.

Doing this briefing form helps you to focus your thinking. And it helps me to do a great job in less time, with less faffing about with tweaks and changes.

Easy peasy

If you’ve never worked with a freelance copywriter before, it might be a little daunting.

What does he need to know? How much is he going to charge? Can I change anything or will he have a massive hissy fit?

That’s understandable, but you don’t have to worry, I’ll guide you through everything. And give you copywriting and content that does just what you asked for.

I can also give you good, honest, no-bull advice if want it.

I never miss a deadline and never disappear halfway through a job. Emails and phone calls are always answered quickly. And I’ll do as many amends as you need to get your copy just right.

And you might have noticed, I don’t mind cracking the odd crap joke now and again. It’s copywriting, not neurosurgery.

I’ve been doing this for over 40 years – you’ll be amazed at where, when and who I’ve worked with. There are some big brands in there.

Yes, I should be thinking about retiring, but I still love writing. And I’ve been doing it so long now, I’m really good.

That means I’m pretty good at SEO. That’s because I’m up against all the Leicester copywriters on Google who actually live in Leicester.

But that’s cheating, I hear you say.

Not really, I’d reply.

This page helps me to get a stonking ranking on Google for search terms like copywriter Leicester, copywriting Leicester, freelance copywriter Leicester, content writer Leicester and so on.

That’s still cheating you’d come back with, because you don’t live in Leicester.

And again I’d say no.

I’m probably more experienced than just about any other Leicester copywriter. And I’m almost certainly cheaper.

And if lockdown has taught us anything it’s that remote working is the future.
