The Resort Group is a major international property developer specialising in selecting, developing and selling off-plan properties. They only select developments in prime locations, which are set to provide substantial growth in value and high returns on investment.

Right now, their focus is on the Cape Verde islands in the Atlantic to the south of the Canaries, one of the biggest hotspots in the global property market today.  The Dunas Beach Resort is an exclusive property development from The Resort Group. This brochure was designed to be mailed out to prospective buyers who requested further information.

As it was selling an investment opportunity, the brochure had to do two jobs: sell the attractions of the location and lifestyle, and present a strong investment story to help prospects make a sound financial decision.

This made an interesting challenge - two tones of voice in one brochure. The first half, aspirational, evocative and selling the dream of owning a luxury property in Cape Verde, persuasive. The second half giving all the financial reassurance and credibility around expected investment returns to enable purchasers to invest confidently.
